Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MCloud, a Minecraft server hosting service operated by Enzonic LLC ("Company," "we," "us"). By accessing or using MCloud, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use MCloud. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at admin@enzonic.com of any unauthorized access or security breach.
3. Service Description
MCloud provides virtual Minecraft server hosting services, including server management, file storage, console access, mod/plugin installation, and backup services. Features and availability may change at our discretion with reasonable notice.
4. Free Tier
MCloud offers a free tier subject to resource limitations. Free tier resources are provided as-is and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Free tier servers may be subject to lower performance guarantees than paid plans.
5. Acceptable Use
Your use of MCloud is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in account suspension or termination without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
MCloud and its original content are owned by Enzonic LLC. You retain all rights to content you create or upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and serve that content as necessary to provide the service.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law. You may delete your account at any time through the account settings.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
MCloud is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY KENTUCKY LAW, ENZONIC LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF MCLOUD.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Enzonic LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of MCloud or violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kentucky.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of MCloud after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
