Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of MCloud services provided by Enzonic LLC. All users must comply with this policy to maintain access to our services.

1. Prohibited Activities

You may not use MCloud to:

  • Illegal activity: Engage in any activity that violates federal, state (Kentucky), or local law;
  • DDoS / Attacks: Launch distributed denial-of-service attacks, port scans, or any form of network attack against third parties;
  • Copyright infringement: Upload, distribute, or host pirated software, cracked Minecraft clients, or infringing content;
  • Malware: Host, distribute, or execute viruses, ransomware, trojans, or other malicious software;
  • Spam: Send unsolicited communications or operate spam bots;
  • Resource abuse: Intentionally overload shared infrastructure, mine cryptocurrency, or use resources for purposes unrelated to Minecraft server operation;
  • Unauthorized access: Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, servers, or data;
  • Harassment: Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.

2. Minecraft-Specific Rules

  • You must comply with Mojang's Minecraft End User License Agreement (EULA);
  • Commercial use of Minecraft server features must comply with Mojang's commercial usage guidelines;
  • You may not monetize servers in ways that violate the Minecraft EULA.

3. Resource Usage

Users are allocated specific resource limits (RAM, CPU, disk) based on their plan. You may not attempt to circumvent or exceed these limits. Sustained resource abuse may result in automatic throttling or account suspension.

4. Content Standards

Content hosted on MCloud servers must not include:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any illegal pornographic content;
  • Content that promotes or glorifies violence, terrorism, or hatred based on protected characteristics;
  • Content that defames or impersonates any individual or organization.

5. Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in:

  • Warning notification via email;
  • Temporary suspension of the offending server or account;
  • Permanent account termination without refund;
  • Reporting to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

We reserve the right to investigate and act on suspected violations at our sole discretion.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP at any time. Continued use of MCloud constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
